Stress is a situation in which we're impatient and absent minded. It's an unlikely moment for using apps. There for, the key for success is simplicity.

A secondary purpose would be preventing
or reducing future stress by gathering data and drawing conclusions.

1. Indication. A wrist device responds to changes of heart pulse and sends notifications.
Stress level is indicated by colours (all along the app) and numbers (in home page):
2. Action. The main menu leads to actions, from light to heavy.
